I just wanted to thank you for the summer house which was delivered bang on time.

I have owned a number of Summer Houses in the past and this one is the best I have had. The standard of workmanship is extremely high and the finish is great.

I would also like to let you know that I was very impressed by the two guys who built the summer house, they were quick, professional and did a great job.

All in all a very pleasant experience and I have a Summer House that will see many years of service.

EXTRA NOTE:- THIS SUMMERHOUSE WAS SPECIALLY MADE IN SMALL SECTIONS AND NEEDED TO BE PASSED OVER A 5ft HIGH GARDEN WALL TO ACCESS THE GARDEN.

Thank you for sending me my order confirmation by royal mail. Someone must have put in some extra work on our behalf, and I'll apologise for making that necessary. I thought it unusual that I was not requested to enter an email address, but I just missed that input; I wasn't trying to be awkward or make a point etc.

We saw a similar product in a local showroom, but your's looks just as nice, and much better value for money; so we are looking forward to receiving it next month.

We received our summer house from you last week and have just put it together. It is fantastic, great quality, safe and my litle boy loves it. Unfortunately we have a piece missing from the pack. There are two ventilation holes in the roof one either side but we only have one vent cover!! I presume there should be two. Please could you forward us the vent cover!

Further to our telephone conversation yesterday, I have had one of your sheds delivered and erected, namely the "Heavy Duty Apex Shed 14". Firstly I would like to say how pleased I am with the shed. It is well made and to a very high standard. I would certainly recommend your sheds.

However there is a problem with the door handle mechanism. The door itself closes and locks OK. The problem is the handle is too stiff and the latch stays in side the housing. I would be obliged if you could send someone round to put this right as soon as possible as this is the only problem I have found so far on what appears to be an excellent product.

Our house is about 100 yards down our road from its junction with the main road through the village. There are no parking restrictions on that intersection but it is on a bit of a bend.

Took delivery, but have only been able to build the greenhouse this weekend (because of the poor weather).

Discovered the following parts were missing from the Polycarbonate Glazing package:

8 x Stainless Steel roof Glazing clips (J4-1)
21 x Stainless Steel general Glazing clips (J4-2)
6 x Stainless Steel door Glazing clips (J4-3)

Please could you arrange to send these clips so that I can finish erecting the greenhouse, which incidentally I found extremely easy to build with easy to follow instructions.
