Other quality features include a cedar shingle roof, internal lining, and toughened glass. Options include a choice of Georgian style, square leaded, diamond leaded or plain glazing. Double glazing, insulation and a laminate floor are available as options. The first two pictures show the 8'5"x6' double glazed summerhouse with square leaded glazing. The second two pictures show the 6'x6' single glazed summerhouse with Georgian style glazing.

FREE PAINT TREATMENT: This garden room is treated with a high quality paint system in a choice of opaque colours. Externally one or two colours can be chosen, with the doors, windows and fascias being painted the same colour as the external cladding or different. Internally one colour can be chosen. The lining supplied is moisture resistant beaded pattern MDF. The same paint colours are available for internal or external use. Colours are only as accurate as reproductive techniques allow.
WESTERN RED CEDAR: Cedar is a naturally resilient timber which lasts longer than pine and other softwoods even if never treated from new. Western Red Cedar is a sustainable resource from North America.
HIGH SPECIFICATION DOORS & WINDOWS: The door leaves and window sashes in this garden room are similar to those used in housebuilding, with morticed and tenoned joints throughout. All sashes are fitted with good quality ironmongery.
CEDAR ROOF SHINGLES: Attractive and durable, cedar shingles are ideal for a high specification garden rooms. This genuine cedar shingle roof is traditionally made with individual Western Red Cedar shingles laid over a felted solid pine inner roof.
TOUGHENED GLASS: Toughened glass is around 6 times stronger than normal glass so it is less likely to break and when it does break the glass breaks into harmless small pieces.

This garden room can be made in smaller sections if access restricted
RESTRICTED ACCESS: A quality feature of these garden rooms is that they are made in large rigid panels. If access is restricted, your garden room can be specially made in smaller sections designed to pass through a normal single door. The smaller sections are designed to be at least as strong as the larger panels normally supplied. This option is not normally required for 6' wide buildings unless there are other obstructions. There is no charge for this option but notice is required with the order.
